Co.lectivo makes pizza. Really good pizza, which is as close to an authentic New York style pie as you are going to get anywhere in Rincon, let alone Puerto Rico. Located in the center of town, this is the perfect spot to enjoy their fine cocktails and weekend brunch as well.
Located next door to the famous Rincón Beer Company, from which you can order one of their locally-brewed craft beers and enjoy the live bands that often play there.
