Bakku is a relatively new Asian Fusion restaurant in Rincon, boldly aiming for sushi supremacy. Their inventive takes on traditional sushi rolls and other Japanese dishes are transcendental works of culinary art - which also happen to be freaking delicious. Now, I am sure there are old sushi masters in Tokyo who might disapprove of blending Platanos Maduros into a sushi roll, but trust me when I tell you that it works. There is something special happening at Bakku, and I think it should be near the top of your 'To Eat' list when visiting Rincon. Complimented by an attentive staff and stylish ambience, you may not need to travel all the way to Tokyo to enjoy a few hours of wonderfully saki-soaked indulgence.
